Managed email deliverability · for in-house outbound teams

Send cold emails
without landing in <spam/>.

Fully managed cold email infrastructure. We build it, warm it up and connect it to your sending tool. Then we check and fix it every day, so you don't even think about it.

Why · how deliverability feels

Nobody replies from
the spam folder.

Great emails in spam are invisible. And if someone finds one, you're a spammer.

  1. 1Buy mailboxes and domains.
  2. 2Follow best practices.
  3. 3Warm-up shows 99%.
  4. 4Replies drop.
  5. 5Replies stop.
  6. 6Nothing explains why.
Warm-up dashboard says 98%.It warms in a pool of other cold senders marking each other "not spam". Independent placement tests often show a very different number.
Replies thin out over weeks.Placement is sliding. Warm-up health drops before the first spam hit, and nobody is reading it.
Replies stop on one domain overnight.A spam hit. Every mailbox on that domain is now at risk, not just the one that showed it.
Bounces creep up.The list is burning the domain faster than volume does. Nobody is watching the bounce rate per domain.

Deliverability is hundreds of details.
Get one wrong, and the domain burns quietly.

Sales

Too technical

They write the emails. They can't read a DMARC report.

Too niche

They run company mail. Cold sending reputation isn't in their queue.

Out of scope

The process · the part nobody has

We don't set it up and leave.
We run it.

A perfect setup can burn in a month. In-house, nobody checks, so the first sign is replies drying up. Checking is the part we own.

What we check, every day
  • Placement tests · real seed pools, every day
  • Warm-up health · Google and Microsoft separately. Drops here show before a spam hit
  • Bounce rate · last 400 leads per domain
  • DNS and blocklists · SPF, DKIM, DMARC drift, blacklists
  • Volume sent · what each mailbox really sent yesterday
  • Your tool's limits · checked, never assumed
The limit governor
All goodNothing changes. You send as usual.
SlippingVolume down, warm-up up, the fault fixed. You keep sending on the rest.
BadThe whole domain is cut for three weeks. A pre-warmed replacement covers the gap. Your capacity stays where you bought it.

Morning check: one change, nothing needed from you
  • Domain D dropped to 74% at Microsoft overnight. It rests for three weeks.
  • Two mailboxes from the rotation pool took its volume.
  • You still send 1,080 today.

A note like this lands in your inbox the morning something changes, and a full report every week. Slack support is optional.

FAQ · before you start

What people ask
before they start.

Does it work with my sending tool?
Most of them. We confirm yours on the audit call.
Do I own the domains?
Yes. In your name from day one. Transferred to you if we part ways.
What happens when a domain gets hit?
Three weeks at reduced volume while warm-up continues. The rotation pool covers the gap. If it doesn't recover, it's replaced. You get a note that morning.
Why not buy cheap mailboxes and warm them in my tool?
You can. The warm-up pool is shared with other cold senders. The dashboard looks fine. The placement test doesn't. Nobody reads either one every day.
Isn't the warm-up in my tool enough?
It warms in a pool of the tool's own users. That's the bias. We use four independent networks.
Will you set up campaigns or write copy?
No. Deliverability only. Your team runs the campaigns. If you want the whole channel run for you, see Agentic Outbound.
Can I see what you're doing?
A note when anything changes, a weekly report and email support. Slack support is optional.
How fast can I start sending?
Built in a day. About three weeks of warm-up, not shortened. Then you send.
